All Tristar Medical Centres are freshly renovated or new with the latest technology and Electronic Medical Record Systems.

Our management style is progressive and proactive. Each practice is managed according to the style of the practitioners in the practice to support his/her interests.

Staff are trained to support the practitioners interests and have expertise to guide practitioners to further their career. Each practice is accredited to the latest edition of RACGP general practice standards. We undertake regular practice audits aimed at maximizing patient care.

All practitioners are encouraged and supported to work towards furthering their career in general practice. Practitioners maintain 100% Clinical autonomy in all matters relating to patient care and are free to determine the billing method of their patients. All practitioners are encouraged and supported to participate in on-going education and professional development programs.

Well remunerated opportunities are available to fellows of the college and Australian Graduate GP’s who are willing to supervise/mentor other doctors. As we have several practices situated in metropolitan, rural and coastal locations, it is possible for doctors to relocate between Tristar sites or for holidaying doctors to undertake sessions in a number of our practices in Victoria and Coastal NSW.
