Tristar Medical Group is committed to offering the highest level of accessible and affordable family healthcare to metropolitan, regional, rural and underserviced communities. We provide a comprehensive range of General Practitioner, Allied Health and Specialist services. All Tristar clinics allow patients the opportunity to make an appointment with a doctor of their choice and unlike most other clinics are predominantly Bulk Billing. We are currently accepting new patients and welcome you to Tristar Medical Group

Booking an Appointment Online

Tristar Medical group uses Health Search and Health Engine for online appointments, which allows you to book an appointment at any time, 24hrs a day. If you are booking online please remember to book a longer appointment (see guide below) if you require a procedure, health assessment, care plan or have multiple concerns.

  • –  Standard consultation (10 minutes)
  • –  Mental Health (20 minutes)
  • –  Health Assessment (30 minutes)

How to Register

All new patients are required to complete our New Patient Information Sheet. If you wish to complete the form at the clinic, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment.

Transferring from another clinic

New patients should be willing to transfer their medical records from their previous doctor before they can be registered as a regular patient.  Please contact your nearest clinic by clicking here to assist.

Repeat Prescriptions

In most circumstances your GP will need to see you before prescribing repeat prescriptions. Please contact your local Tristar clinic for further details.

Telephone Calls

If you need to speak to your doctor you may telephone the clinic. Each doctor has a designated time each day for returning telephone calls and will endeavour to call back. Alternatively, there may be another staff member who would be able to assist you.

Tristar Medical Group clinics run a zero tolerance policy and will not tolerate abuse of any kind. Patients who do not respect our policy will no longer be seen by our Doctors. Please note — a non-attendance or cancellation fee may be charged for appointments missed or not cancelled within 24 hours.
