Tristar Medical Group is a leading organisation which aims to provide high quality, accessible, multidisciplinary, integrated health care to regional and rural communities. With 43 fully computerised bulk-billing practices currently operating throughout 3 states, Tristar prides itself on offering traditional family medical services to all patients.

Due to our ongoing expansion we are currently seeking a full time Project Officer to join our Projects Department at Tristar Medical Group Head Office in Mildura.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake a range of duties within the Projects Department, including but not limited to:

• Marketing and Advertising
• Developing resource, cost plans and reports for specific projects
• Assisting with organising the planning, development and implementation of projects and new clinic openings
• Repairs and maintenance, quoting and organising
• Property management
• Reviewing sponsorship applications
• Knowledge of finance and accounting favourable

To be considered for this role you must possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills and be willing to work independently as well as part of a team.

This is an exciting yet challenging position, organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail is a must, together with the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and projects at the one time. Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office are essential.

The position does require flexibility with hours as travel may be necessary. At times the position will be physically demanding.
